Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Kova Media (“Kova”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what Kova collects, how it is used, and the rights you have. By using kovamedia.agency, you agree to this policy.
1. Information Kova Collects
Information you provide
- Contact details when you fill out a form on this site (name, email, phone, company, monthly ad spend, project details).
- Diagnostic answers, if you complete the on-site diagnostic. These are scored in your browser and are not sent to Kova unless you then submit a form.
- Communications when you email, call, or message Kova.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data via cookies and similar tech: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, time spent, referrer.
- Measurement via the Meta pixel — and nothing else. There is no Google Analytics and no TikTok pixel on this site. It loads by default and stops the moment you opt out.
2. How Kova Uses Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver the services Kova provides.
- Generate your personalized diagnostic via Kova AI™.
- Send proposals, contracts, and reports to active clients.
- Improve the Kova website, content, and ad targeting.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Kova does not sell your personal information for money. When measurement is on, the Meta pixel does share it in the specific sense California law means: disclosing it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Those are different things, and a flat “Kova never sells your data” would blur them. You can switch it off on the Cookie Policy page.
3. Cookies & Tracking
This site sets one advertising cookie, and only if you have not opted out. Every cookie and storage key it creates is listed in full — with what sets it and how long it lasts — on the Cookie Policy page, which also carries a control that turns measurement off immediately and permanently. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Kova honours that automatically and you do not need to click anything.
4. Third-Party Services
Kova shares limited data with trusted vendors that support its operations:
- Cal.com — booking, if you use the “grab a time directly” link. You leave this site to do it, and they receive what you type into their own form
- Formspree — delivers form submissions to Kova
- Supabase — hosts the Kova CRM, where enquiries are stored
- Vercel — website hosting, and the server logs that come with it
- Meta — advertising, and only while measurement is on
Each handles data under their own policies.
5. Data Retention
Kova keeps contact form submissions for up to 36 months. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
6. Your Rights
California’s privacy law binds businesses above certain size thresholds and Kova is below all of them, so most of what follows is done because it is right rather than because it is required. You can opt out of sharing for advertising at any time, and Kova processes opt-out preference signals frictionlessly — if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the Meta pixel never loads, no advertising cookie is set and you are not asked to confirm. Some browsers send it natively, others need an extension; globalprivacycontrol.org lists them. Wherever you are, you can also ask Kova to:
- Access the data Kova holds about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent for marketing
- Opt out of measurement and advertising — see the Cookie Policy
Email contact@kovamedia.agency to exercise any of these rights.
7. Children
Kova services are not directed at children under 16. Kova does not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Security
Kova uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encryption at rest) and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — Kova will notify you if a breach affects your data.
9. Changes
Kova may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
